Discovery & Requirements
We start by listening. We document your goals, target audience, competitor landscape, and technical requirements. We map your sitemap and information architecture before any design work begins. If you already have brand guidelines, we study them. If you don't, we ask the right questions to establish direction. Discovery prevents expensive mid-project pivots — every dollar spent here saves three later.

Design
We produce high-fidelity mockups for desktop and mobile views before writing a line of code. You review, request changes, and approve the visual direction first. Our designs follow a mobile-first philosophy — 60–70% of web traffic is on phones, and your site must be flawless on every screen size. We establish your style guide (color palette, typography, spacing system) so every page is visually consistent.

Development
Approved designs become clean, semantic code. We write hand-crafted HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — not bloated page builder output. We follow web performance best practices from the start: optimized images, deferred scripts, minimal render-blocking resources, and structured data markup. Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) is built in, not bolted on. Your code is version-controlled in Git from day one, giving you a complete history of every change.

Content & SEO
A beautiful website no one can find is a liability. We configure on-page SEO fundamentals on every page we build: title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, Open Graph tags for social sharing, structured data (schema.org markup), XML sitemaps, and robots.txt. We submit your site to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools at launch. If you need copywriting support, we can assist with content or work with your team's drafts to optimize them.

Testing
We test across real browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and real devices before touching your production environment. We run Lighthouse performance audits targeting 90+ scores. Forms are tested end-to-end. All links are verified. We validate HTML and CSS. Third-party integrations (contact forms, maps, analytics, chat widgets) are tested in a staging environment before launch. We do not skip testing to hit a deadline.

Launch & Hosting
We deploy to IT Center's managed VPS or cloud infrastructure — the same servers we use for our own managed IT clients. DNS is configured, SSL certificates are issued and auto-renewed, and your site is behind IT Center's firewall from day one. Managed IT clients get their site monitored as part of their plan. Non-contracted clients can add hosting as a standalone service. Either way, you're never shipped off to a hosting company and told to figure it out yourself.
